Busy fruit factory in Spalding looking for
LINE LEADERS

Pay rates per hour:

- £10.93 (trainee pay £10.43)_

OVERTIME AFTER 40H £16.40 (trainee pay £15.65)_
OVERTIME AFTER 40H SUNDAYS £21.86 (trainee pay £20.86)_

Running a packing line in a busy pack house to ensure efficient, safe and productive operations.

Managing and motivating the team of 8 to 12 people.

Completing the paperwork recording all stock used and produced.

This will appeal to both experienced line leaders and those with no experience looking to progress their career.

Rotating shift pattern:
(One week morning/ Second week afternoons)

Morning 05:30 to 14:00 (Monday to Sunday/ day off Friday)
Afternoon 14:30 to 23:30 (Monday to Friday)
Alternate Weekends Saturday and Sunday 07:30 to 16:00 or earlier if possible
Friday lieu day prior to the weekend

Some overtime on busy days may be required
