Purpose:


Ensure the timely and accurate processing of ecommerce stock supplier invoices, including registration, matching to stock receipts and purchase orders, posting to the finance system, and prompt payments.


The Role:


  • Registering all ecommerce stock invoices and matching them to stock receipts and purchase orders within the stock system.
  • Identifying quantity and price queries, conducting internal and external investigations, and ensuring timely resolution following company PTP processes, system procedures, and SOX controls.
  • Ensuring accuracy in all postings to the nominal ledger resulting from the PL processes.
  • Assisting with any other Purchase Ledgerrelated tasks as required by the SFBP or other RAML/finance team members.

The Person:


  • AAT qualification or working towards it.
  • Demonstrated excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • You are dedicated to excellence and continuously strive to raise standards.
