    The candidate will work directly with our research and trading teams, focusing on Linux-based systems, including workload scheduling design and implementation, large-scale system management, high-performance file system design and operation, software life cycle, kernel and network performance tuning for low-latency and high-throughput applications, instrumentation, and telemetry collection.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement workload scheduling solutions
    • Manage systems at large scale
    • Develop high-performance file systems and optimize their operation
    • Tune kernel and network performance for low-latency and high-throughput applications
    • Instrument and collect telemetry data

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in Linux systems administration and platform engineering
    • Proven track record of technical leadership
    • Deep knowledge of high-performance analysis, tuning, and optimization across Linux kernel tuning, hardware optimization, network performance, and storage performance
    • Able to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve high-complexity system issues, optimizing system performance and reliability
    • Strong knowledge of DevOps tooling, including Terraform/Ansible, and experience with CI/CD technologies like GitLab and Jenkins
    • Proficient in Python, Golang, or similar programming and scripting languages

    Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year
