Description

Undertake the job of an apprentice nursery assistant, helping the practitioners with looking after and educating our children, whilst keeping the environment clean and safe.

Planning and undertaking activities with the children, recording their progress on our software system.

Planning and undertaking activities with the children, recording their progress on our software system.
Helping to feed the children during meal times, and keep them clean & hygienic during the day.
Ensuring that the environment is safe at all times and that the children are not left unattended.
Undertaking various pieces of coursework, online and offline learning to pass the qualification.

Entry requirements

A desire for a career in early years.

GCSE or equivalent Maths and English for a Level 3 qualification.

Training to be provided

Full Level 3 apprenticeship

Early years educator standard

First aid qualification

Things to consider

Early years education is a full time role, with occasional early starts and late finishes.

You will be employed at the end of your apprenticeship.

Hours per week 40
Working week 7.45am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday any 8 hour shift within the working day
