The National Learning Group, a leader in online tutoring for Maths, English, and Science, is experiencing rapid growth. We are dedicated to elevating student achievement and are in search of a meticulous and diligent
Finance Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our financial operations, with a primary focus on tutor payroll administration and general finance and administrative tasks.


Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and process tutor payroll accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and update financial records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses as required.
  • Provide support for general administrative tasks within the finance department.
  • Serve as a point of contact for financerelated queries from tutors and staff, offering prompt and courteous assistance.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance financial processes and administrative efficiency.

Requirements:


  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong organisational skill set.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in finance or administrative roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
