Mainty Group are looking for a Labourer to support with our continuing Projects. Our services consist of major planned refurbishment works, domestic and commercial, larger repairs & occasional responsive repairs.

Due to the high demand and expanse off the company we are looking for several Multi Trades People in the South Wales and West region.

Duties & requirements_

Experience and proven track record within the construction and building industry.
Experience being a labourer on sites and understanding the work required.
Experience in other trades such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating is desirable
All levels of experience will be considered we are keen to seek out those that are passionate about what they do and can deliver high quality workmanship.
Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external Clients and customers.
Maintain a safe environment for site staff and residents.
Be smart in appearance as we are customer facing

Business Qualifications & Experience_

Good organisational skills
All levels of experience will be considered; we are keen to seek out those that are passionate about what they do and can deliver high quality workmanship.
Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure and to work as part of team
Full clean driving licence
Ability to work closely with outside /contractors

Company Vehicle and Fuel Card is optional after a Probation Period and relevant Vehicle Checks are done.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 35 per week
