About the role:

We currently have a number of part time evening and weekend vacancies to join our Customer Experience Team at our Head Office in Livingston.

The schuh customer experience department is a fast paced environment where the customer always comes first.

The Person:

We're looking for someone with positivity, enthusiasm and a passion for great customer service.

The Role:

Customers can contact us if they want to buy something or if they have a problem. In either case we treat every customer with a sense of fairness and individuality.

You will be expected to:

Effectively engage with customers via our video and text chat services.
Deal with service related queries through various social media platforms.

Our office is currently open until 8pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm on a Saturday and 11am to 5pm on a Sunday (these hours will increase during peak trading periods).

About the location:

Neilson Square is the home of our original warehouse and distribution centre, as well as many head office functions. Situated in Livingston, our site is in-between Edinburgh and Glasgow and very easily reached by car and public transport.
