Our client, a very well established nationwide Optical and Audiology specialist, is looking to appoint a Quality Lead.This forward thinking and senior position will oversee the necessary accreditation and requirements of the organisation across all of theirstores.
This organisation is one of the leading providers of Optical and Audiology services in the UK, priding itself on its rich heritage and customer values.

What we are looking for
The individual that will thrive in this position is likely to have gained a solid understanding of Quality Management as a result of a strong foundation of experience.
- At least 3 years experience in a Quality Management role
- Demonstrable track record of engaging staff in QM workflows
- Understanding of the principles of Audit and Risk Management
- Experience of accreditation and all aspects of a total quality management system
- Strategic planning experience to ensure adequate quality systems and continual improvement
- Experience in healthcare preferred. This could be dental, GP, optical, dentistry, private healthcare
- Experience of working with NHS highly desirable
