Office based. Option to work from home available.
Full time Monday to Friday with some potential bank holidays which can be taken in lieu
8:30am to 5:30pm
£25,000.00 per annum.

LeviCare is a Health & Social Care Recruitment Solutionist operating locally throughout the Northwest of England. Created to deliver a transparent, permanent, and temporary recruitment service that will complement; and enhance your client management.
LeviCare's service also includes the provision of agency staff to ensure that clients and their residents are receiving the quality of care they deserve.
This role requires someone who is an advanced user of excel and has experience with invoicing. platforms such as Xero, SAGE. This will really help with accurate invoicing and payroll queries.
The role will suit someone from a finance/credit control/Invoicing background, who likes to solve problems and is committed to providing a great customer service to our client base and our affiliates.
Finance Executive, you will be providing support to agency employees, clients and prospective clients.
You need to be self-motivated and focused with a keen eye for details.
You will be an excellent communicator, problem solver with impeccable time management skills and the ability to manage and prioritise workload.
LeviCare is extremely ambitious, and welcome staff who want to progress and learn with the existing, experienced team.Key Duties Include (but not limited to):
Billing
Invoicing - Raise and dispatch invoices within defined timescales
Credit Control
Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
Ensure that required MI reports are delivered precisely and in a timely manner
Responsible for creating and maintaining bespoke invoicing procedures & processes
Ensure high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness of billing process
Proactively resolve issues and queries
Reconcile, identify and investigate variances.
Answering phones and connecting calls
Any other relevant duties required by management
Skills & requirements:
Experience using Xero accounting software preferred
Experience using Sage payroll software preferred
