Description

Daily leading the operational team which includes the working schedule, overtime and holidays and operations

Managing the office

Responsible for the profit and loss

Reporting line to the Managing Director

Operational Tasks:

Arranging shipments from start to finish

Receiving orders from various channels, agents and customers

Preparing Quotations

Customer service

Liaising with overseas offices, partners and customers

Controlling correct shipping procedures

Prioritizing shipments routine, critical & AOG

Willing to work in shifts evening and weekend (from home)

Solving escalations

Finance Management
Creating invoicing in the system

Check incoming and outgoing invoices

Outstanding debtors list in cooperation with our finance department

Preparing the month closing on time

Requirements:

Minimum 4 year's experience in time critical forwarding

Minimum 3 year's experience leading a small team

Knowledge of customs entries

Good geographical knowledge

Ability to build and maintain good working relationship with clients and colleagues

Being very flexible

Can handle stressful situation

Willing to learn

Hands on approach to teamwork

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Experience in employing new staff
