Description
Our client is looking for Project Administrator to support a very busy team in this varied role supporting engineers and doing the admin support of logging jobs on the system, arranging site meetings and issuing relevant paperwork.
This company is based insmart modern offices in Bromsgrove with free parking.Project Administrator key duties include:
- Take receipt of initial "enquiry and log onto system, create electronic file and add details onto database.
Keep job tracker updated at all tines throughout the job timescale.
Keep in contact regularly with clients to update status of the job and deal with any issues
Provide formal quotation where necessary
Arrange any Site Surveys / Meetings with homeowners and / or client.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure works are completed to required timescales
Assist Engineer to prepare final account and issue to Accounts team, checking Invoice and notify Engineer of percentage profit.
The successful Project Administrator will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous administration experience in a busy, varied Administrator role
Strong communication skills as you will be working with internal departments as well as regular updates with external clients and engineers.
High level of attention to detail keeping track of job orders and their progress.In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of between £18,000-22,000 depending on your experience the working hours are 8.30-5pm Monday to Thursday with a 1pm finish on a Friday.
