Commercial Director
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Director who will strengthen the Executive Leadership Team and inspire and lead the charity's income generation team.
The Charity is going through an exciting period of growth having recently opened a new state-of-the-art facility for multi-disciplinary therapy programs for childhood disability and research of neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism, within thegrounds of Keele University.

Salary: 80k -103k depending on experience includes bonus and car allowance

About the Role
As the Commercial Director you will be taking the lead on all commercial activities, you will be able to identify current value propositions and potential growth areas for the charity to enter, contributing to improving the valuable work that they do forthe most vulnerable people in society throughout the UK.
Working closely with fundraising team members and building the team to hit targets and ROIs, you will recognise each funding stream and its impact on the services they deliver.
Managing these streams to ensure they are raising the required funds for therequired services, you will represent the charity in supplier negotiations, supporters and funders meetings, and networking opportunities.
You will assist the CEO and CFO in the annual budgeting process, reporting monthly on progress and forecasting againsttargets for fundraising and CEO meetings.

About You
As Commercial Director, you will be well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities and to think 'outside of the box' - a natural 'problem-solver' who is comfortable operating at pace with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
A strategic thinker and inspiring team leader with a proven track record of successfully developing and leading a team, you will be an excellent collaborator, facilitator, and enabler with strong interpersonal skills; able to forge successful working relationshipswith a variety of stakeholders and sectors.
You will have experience of:
- Managing P&L's and budgets.
- Obtaining sponsorship for activities, events, buildings, and services.
- Working in a complex environment, ensuring speedy decisionmaking and a systematic approach to overcoming obstacles.
- Work pragmatically and adapt to changing circumstances, displaying resilience.
Other roles you may have experience with could include Sales Director, Operation Director, CEO, Commercial Director, Director of Commercial Finance, Senior Commercial Director.
