About Our Client:
The client is a leading retail company who are looking for a strong Accounts Payable Clerk to come and join their finance team based in the City of London.
The key responsibilities for the Accounts Payable role:
- Posting and coding purchase invoices using Sage
- Maintain and post monthly petty cash
- Cash reconciliations, including shop cash receipts
- Maintain purchase and sales ledger
- Preparation of weekly and monthly supplier reconciliations
- Credit control
- Assist with weekly cashflow reporting
- Adhoc tasks
The Successful Applicant:
- Immediate start
- Previous retail experience desirable
- Strong Accounts Payable experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Working knowledge of Sage 50 essential
