New Business Development Manager - Telecoms

Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance + Full benefits

West Midlands Based - Commutable from Stafford, Stoke, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Derby, Nottingham.

Hybrid - 1-2 Office Days Per Week

The Role

Client is looking for a Telecommunication specialist Business Development Manager to join a strong established team and continue the growth of the business.

Creation of new business opportunities for Managed Services company.

Business Development Manager (BDM) will utilise direct Sales, pre generated leads, marketing activity and bid processes to identify and close new business opportunities and build strongrelationships with Director level contacts.

A fantastic opportunity for either an established BDM to join a major vendor partner to further develop their career.

Key Responsibilities
Lead generation calls to create new opportunities

Meeting with prospective customers

Managing your sales pipeline

Preparing and delivering quotations

Liaising with the customer, acting as the point of contact from sale to implementation

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth project roll out

Updating our internal CRM throughout

Working closely with the Account Manager who during the hand-over stage (month 3)

Requirements and Experience

2+ Years' experience selling telephony solutions in a self-generating business development role
Proven track record in hitting KPI's and targets set by previous employers.

Strong team player contributing to a high-performance team with continued growth.

Agile thinker, with the ability to listen to customer's pain points and create potential additional services

Commercially minded with a strong track record in margin negotiation and management

Strong outgoing attitude to hunt new business
