Are you looking for a new role within Education for the new school year?

Our fantastic partner school in New Malden, Surrey are looking to build a team of energetic, enthusiastic and positive Teaching Assistants to support their pupils.

The school caters for primary, secondary and post 16 pupils with complex social communicationneeds.

This is a brilliant opportunity to be a part of something new, and to start or continue your career in education.

This is also a great opportunity for those with care/support work backgrounds. Ultimately, we look for people who are passionate about helping others, up for a challenge, and willing to learn. You need to have great communication skills as well as a confidentand outgoing nature. You must be good at thinking on your feet and able to multitask.
This can be a challenging role, but is extremely rewarding.

You will be helping vulnerable young people to reach ther goals as well as providing emotional support and a helping hand during the school day.


Teaching Assistant Responsibilities ::


  • Support learners with special educational needs both academically and emotionally.
  • Be open to learning new skills everyday.
  • Establish a warm, caring and supportive relationship with pupils in order to support them feeling safe and enabling them to enjoy and learn during their time at the school.
  • Encourage independence and personal development in pupils and maintain high expectations of behaviour at all times.
  • Contribute to providing high quality, challenging and differentiated educational activities and experiences through supporting the teaching of a broad and balanced curriculum aiming at pupils achieving their full potential in all areas of learning.
  • To promote pupils' cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural, physical development and spiritual wellbeing.

Teaching AssistantRequirements:


  • Must be enthusiastic to learn and develop your skills
  • Be commutable to New Malden, Surrey.
  • Someone with a bubbly and happy personality.
  • Able to engage with others well using fantastic communication skills.
  • Be dedicated to supporting pupils within special education.
