FLT License required

Regularly count and adjust finished good stock on SAP
Pallets are scanned to cycle count bins regularly but actual write off only happens when Jeremy has time, Month end stock always off
Daily
Regularly count and adjust Resin stock on SAP
Not done at the moment
RM valuation on SAP way off
Minimum weekly
Count consumables (shrink wrap, pallet tops, pallets etc ) and communicate stock level with the team on regular bases
Aaron/Laura joint effort
Minimum weekly
Goods receipt external deliveries coming through the warehouse
Aaron most of the time currently
When delivery arrive
Writes returned product back into stock
Implied with pipeline, 1h per full truckload minimum on SAP
Whenever quality complaint or buildup of 5L wrong sleeve
Holiday cover for warehouse supervisor
Creates delivery and goods issue goods for shipping (or warehouse teamleader)
Keep document filing in good order (delivery note incoming, delivery notes outgoing, return of packaging etc )

SAP experience not necessary but an experience of a warehouse management system, be it SAP or not, in an FMCG environment is essential
