We are looking to recruit a full time Team Leader for our Legal Assistants in our Admin Team. Based at our new Headquarters in Hythe. You should have with excellent communication skills and an outstanding attention to detail.

You would be expected to work diligently and under pressure to tight deadlines, while leading the Admin Team and supporting our lawyers and various teams across the company.

Experience and knowledge of all Microsoft programmes is required, along with the ability to learn new, in-house systems and practices.

You should be articulate, organised and be prepared to make phone calls within your role. You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience leading a Team. You will also be required to cover, on occasions, our Head Office reception desk where you will meet clients.

The role is full-time, office based, Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary:
from £25,500 dependent on experience
