Initial 12 month contract, £26k - £36k plus Car Fund Allowance_
Scope:
Rare chance to represent a global manufacturer with a fantastic reputation across the Midlands/London area as a Clinical Specialist, working with a wide range of stakeholders and clinicians to train and discuss different products within the Vascular Access portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop effective relationships with local KOLs, KIs, customers and support local Account Managers in identifying new business opportunities
- Training clinical staff across wards, theatres, clinics and private healthcare environments.
- Demonstrate, train and advise on a range of medical products used in conjunction with vascular access, relating to infection prevention.
- Lead local education opportunities in conjunction with account managers to educate the wider clinical audience
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across the Vascular Access portfolio. Be the Vascular Access product expert for customers and the wider team
- Execute local and regional programs to support activation of sales and marketing campaigns
- Influence customers and their practice using clinical and evidencebased arguments.
- Attend industry exhibitions, study events, lunchtime meetings and any other appropriate events to drive demand for products and build loyalty with identified customers
- Actively gather knowledge of competitor products, claims and activities and share with relevant internal team to support business development and market strategy
- Keep up to date with relevant clinical trends & product developments in the Vascular Access space
- Support and deliver relevant product training to internal colleagues to support education programmes as identified from global and regional initiatives
- Complete necessary tasks to achieve efficient completion of SalesForce CRM
About You:
- Previous Experience of dressing changes and infection prevention measures relating to vascular access and device fixation.
- Product training and education.
- Graduate, or similar, with a nursing or professions allied to medicine degree/experience with clinical education and practice support.
- Great interpersonal skills
- Motivated, shows initiative, driven
- Customerservice related background, face to face customer experience
- Proficient IT skills
- MS Teams or other virtual formats.
