We are currently looking for a
HR Generalist to join a large national healthcare company that are going through a huge amount of growth, with plans to double the headcount next year


As the
HR Generalist you will be responsible for all aspects of the company's HR, this will include recruitment, on-boarding, training, and ensuring the company is up to date with the latest employee regulations.


This role is hands on, its a stand alone role, you will work closely with the CEO and leadership team.

We need someone who can help with processes, policies, project work - it's an exciting time within the business. We are looking for people who want todevelop & progress.


HR Associate main duties will include Provide support on all HR related topics

  • Project work (training/development)
  • Collect and input data, provide metrics through reports to the senior leadership team
  • Manage employee relations casework including dispute resolutions
  • Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance
  • Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share

HR Associate desired experience Educated to degree level

  • Experience using Employment Hero (desirable)
  • Qualified to CIPD level
  • At least 3 years within a similar role (healthcare sector would be desirable)
  • Ability the work independently and thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Word & Excel
  • Proactive team player
