Our recently established Financial Services client is building a leadership team as they progress through the start-up phase to a planned 'launch' in 2024.

They're building a technology-led platform that provides a seamless service to meet the needs of their customers and all stakeholders involved.

About the job

Design & implement a people strategy focused on driving engagement, development, performance and inclusion.
Build an L&D function based on continual professional development
Design a flexible rewards program that's competitive in our market, and that recognises success
Help build an environment and culture that ensures employees from any background feel welcomed and supported, allowing them to perform to the fullest of their abilities
Ensure the business has all the relevant policies & procedures needed as a financial services provider operating in a FCA regulated environment
Build an employer brand and EVP that establishes us as an employer of choice for talented individuals
Work with external suppliers to build a talent roadmap that aligns with our commercial strategy

About you

5+ year's experience as HR/People Leader
CIPD Qualified
Proven experience with performance management
A track record of implementing learning & development programs
Demonstrable experience of succession planning
Experience working with recruitment partners
Experience with rewards and benefits programs
Knowledge of HR Information Systems
Demonstrable experience of identifying and unitizing HRspecific data and analytics
