About Us
We are Residential Life; we oversee and manage the Halls of Residence at the University of East London.

We manage 1,169 bedrooms for students, casual lettings and summer conferencing guests ensuring all residents have an enjoyable stay with us.

We are the first point of contact for all residents and prospective residents. Residential Life comprises of several areas including Estates and summer conferencing operations.


About the Job


Supporting Residential Life's Summer Conferencing involves delivering a high quality of customer service, collaborating closely with internal and external partners, and swiftly addressing any issues that may arise.

The role entails providing key operational assistance to the Residential Life Officer

  • Maintenance and Estates Innovation, particularly during highdemand periods such as turnarounds, and being first point of contact for summer conferencing guests and clients.

About You
You will have experience working in a customer focused role and ideally experience of supporting residential conferences or similar.

You will be required to maintain the successful operation of the Halls and Residential Life Office all year.

You should have experience using Microsoft Office and SharePoint (or equivalent).
