Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Head of PRS (Private Rented Sector) to join very active and passionate team that manages circa 2000 apartments in 8 core sites across London and the surrounding counties.

You would need to join the team and take an immediate leadership role, ensuring that our systems and processes are working, and necessary amendments are being adopted.

Your focus areas, but not limited to, are listed below.

Reviewing our existing processes and identifying ways in which we can improve and develop our residential operations.
Overseeing Management and Operations teams for residential portfolio, ensuring all expectations are delivered within agreed time frame.
Overseeing Lettings Team and track their performance ensuring profit continuity.
Manage all daytoday improvements and bring in the necessary technology to facilitate this.
Conduct regular performance reviews with the team.

Head of PRS Portfolio - You:

To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of ten years as a head of residential operations with experience in leading a robust estates function across a large number of sites.
You will have a passion for providing safe and efficient environments to our residents and staff.
You will be able to demonstrate and live the values of Criterion Hospitality.
As an expert in the field, you will have a deep understanding of the level of responsibilities, accountabilities and statutory duties that are fundamental to this role.
You will be rigorous, ambitious, solutionsfocused, a teamplayer and a strong role model who is prepared to pitch in with daytoday operations when necessary.
You will have knowledge of Residential asset management systems such as Qube MRI, Bluebox, Yardi etc.
