Brays pipelines ltd are looking at adding a new supervisor to our ever-expanding team

Our works are predominantly working on private properties carrying out water pipe repairs & renewals and now more inclusive of highways works

We are looking for a supervisor in the
Shropshire area but may be required to travel outside this are pending on gangs' allocation Travelling is a major part of this role so full driving licence will be required

This role may include a desk and office space within Severn Trent's
Shelton department, but this will be confirmed later


Your Role.
The day-to-day supervision of a said number of teams comprising of 2 x operatives including vehicle audits and site standards, you will be responsible for the health & safety and welfare of your teams and be expected to monitor & look to improve their performance and attend any performance meetings and calls with our clients and other management, you will be given any customer complaints and many other roles & responsibilities

You will be working directly with our major client Severn Trent Water and may even be working out of a Severn Trent department so the upmost professionalism will be always required

You will be directly interacting with the general public and visiting their homes so good communications skills will be key

you will be provided with a small work vehicle and fuel card

Wage can be discussed pending on experiance


Salary:
From £33,000.00 per year
