2023 is continuing to provide sustainable growth within OCU Group.

Due to this continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join the team in our Leeds Office.

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the accounts team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start their career.


Job role and Responsibilities:


  • Process engineers' timesheets and input totals and cost codes to weekly spreadsheet. Liaise with Project Managers/coordinators for authorisation.
  • Process subcontractors' invoices for payment and liaise with Project Managers for authorisation.
  • Update monthly average earnings using weekly payroll.
  • Keep a record of vehicle fines and damages and recharge staff where required.
  • Recharge Subcontractors where required, keeping an uptodate spreadsheet.
  • Record card payments, purchase orders and staff expenses on payments spreadsheet.
  • Bank reconciliation ensure invoices and receipts for every transaction are on hubdoc.
  • Weekly accommodation bookings for engineers.
  • Opening and recording of company mail, action as required.

Skills and Experience:


  • Experience with Xero/Hubdoc would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Background in payroll would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Organisational skills essential.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
