The Role


This agency is looking for someone who wants to take their understanding of Paid Social campaigns to join them as a Paid Media Team Lead.

You will be driving strategy and overseeing the execution of Paid Social campaigns for 2-3 ecommerce accounts, alongside1-2 junior members of your team.

As Paid Media Team Lead, your detailed responsibilities will include:

  • Managing strategy and overseeing execution across Paid Social campaigns
  • Analyse performance data to provide actionable insights
  • Help provide advice on technical and creative best practice
  • Report and communicate on marketing strategies for your customers in line with performance KPIs
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Managing 12 Managers

Desired skills and experience:

  • 2 + years' experience in Paid Social marketing for ecommerce clients, working on performance campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to work with data and identify latest trends
  • High level of proficiency with Google sheets and pivot tables
  • Strong understanding of creative best practices
