Main duties:

Air import & Air Export
Sea Freight Exports
Cross trade sea & air movements
Liaising with Westbound China offices where required
Liaising with our nominated fulfilment warehouses located in the UK, US and EU.
Liaising with all local UK suppliers:
Liaising with Customs Dept to arrange customs clearances for air imports
Liaising with our own and other 3rd party ERTS and general warehouses
Liaising with local transport companies to organise final mile deliveries
Liaising with airport brokers/agents to arrange airport handing and release of air shipments
Import customs entry experience
Bill of Lading Experience
Good telephone manner
Good work ethic
Exceptional time keeping
Happy to go above and beyond when required.
Will have customer service experience
Experience with Amazon import clients would be advantageous

Will report to department head for help, advice and support in their role.

Liaising with internal accounts depts ensuring payments and client accounts are up to date prior to releasing

Experience essential, doesn't have to be extensive but must have basic knowledge at the worst case
