Head of Business Change and People - London, United Kingdom - WTW
Description
Developing business change model to maximize adoption of new business solution with all customers including both process and behavioural changes required- Creation of a variety of interventions for customers to use to drive internal adoption of solution
- Fostering and cultivating highly effecting working relationships both internally and externally with all stakeholders and relevant third parties
- Working with the CEO to develop Neuron organizational design and operating model to facilitate utilizing capabilities internally within WTW as well as creating standalone activities
- Recruitment of a diverse executive level team to work with CEO and run Neuron business
- Developing and delivering resourcing strategy appropriate to all stages of business growth
- Inspiring an inclusive culture where everyone is empowered to perform at the highest level, and creating an agile, inclusive, responsive, customer and service focused team
- Establishing and fostering appropriate ways of working to drive desired culture of new business
- Acting as trusted advisor to executive team on all people issues
- Developing and coaching leadership team
- Creation and delivery of internal communication and engagement plan
- Establishing People function within Neuron to support and enable business as it grows
- Experience of leading teams and businesses through strategic change both from a people, process and cultural perspective
- Understanding of E2E process reengineering and associated digital and data transformation
- Experience of previously leading a commercially focussed People function
- Recruitment at an executive level within a startup environment as well as recruiting diverse and inclusive teams at scale
- Experience of increasing engagement through great communication and appropriate ways of working
- The ability to flourish in a lean entrepreneurial setup, fulfilling a broad handson role
- Ability to thrive and deliver in a complex, highly matrixed, global environment
- Ability to be both detailoriented & consider 'bigger' picture, dependent on the situation, leading a multifunctional team and manage prioritization of deliverables
- Clear and effective communicator at all levels and ability to challenge and influence at Board, exec and senior external stakeholder level
- Comfortable with decision making in the face of uncertainty and effective in delegation
- Experience of managing financial controls and budgets
- Ability to management of 3rd parties including selection, performance management and control
- Experience/knowledge of financial services sector and specifically within the insurance industry
