  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 8:30 16:30, Monday to Friday

Salary

  • Salary Band: £25,500.00

Summary of Role
To coordinate large scale, fast paced projects across the North of England


Responsibilities and Key Deliverables

  • Organising multiple scoping visits between client and EFT Construction Ltd's Contract Managers
  • Project Coordination, scheduling works with clients and subcontractors/inhouse team
  • Setting up each project accurately on project costing software
  • Working to budgets
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure commitments and deadlines are met
  • Arrange all welfare, storage, waste removal, and H&S provisions for site set ups
  • Building relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Placing purchase orders on project costing software
  • Producing Subcontract Agreements and ensuring they are completed and returned prior to works being conducted
  • Produce, update, and submit weekly and monthly reports and trackers to strict deadlines
  • Working to KPI and objectives
  • Undertaking general administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, filing (electronically), ensuring that our database is populated with the most up to date information

Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Office 365 experience/knowledge
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Experience of planning in works
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT skills, ensuring accurate data recording
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Good time management skills
  • Document management
  • Must be able to project a positive image of the EFT Construction Ltd to our internal and external customers
