Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive medical notes including Inpatient and Outpatient activity.
  • Handle confidential information following security policies.
  • Adhere to Data Protection Act and data protection policies.
  • Prepare Medical Records for various clinics and admissions with acute attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent.
  • Proficient in PC usage and hospital settings.
  • Experience in customer service and working within a team.
