Duties:

Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients
Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
Keep the kitchen area clean and organized
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
Assist chefs and kitchen staff as needed

Experience:

Previous experience working in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required
Knowledge of basic food handling and safety procedures is a plus
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Skills:

Hospitality: A friendly and welcoming attitude towards guests and coworkers
Culinary: Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
Kitchen: Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
Help: Willingness to assist others as needed in a fastpaced environment
Food preparation: Ability to follow recipes and instructions for food preparation
Restaurant: Understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
Hotel: Knowledge of hotel kitchen operations is a plus
