This is an opportunity to work with an FMCG organisation that makes has experienced lots of change, transforming into a different business and experiencing growth.

It will certainly appeal to those finance professionals who love to join a business where they will be focused on a particular task or project.

We are looking to recruit an interim Finance Manager. You will be based in South Leicestershire. The expectation is that you will mostly be in the office. The length of the assignment will be 6-12 weeks.

As Finance Manager, you will be tasked to bring their month-end processes back up to speed. You will do a deep dive, analyse current processes and work closely with the team.

Although this is a short time assignment, this role is very much about working closely with, leading, and coaching the team while also providing empathy as the organisation has gone through several changes.

Once you have established a tighter reporting timetable, there is a need to become involved with analysis of cost, margins, and data.

You will be a 'hands-on' Finance Manager who can look into the detail, ask the right questions and make improvements.

You will have excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

In addition to the above, you will be available to start an assignment at short notice.
