What is the opportunity?
You will be part of the Fiduciary Service Document Management Team, providing an efficient and timely supportive service to the Private Client Fiduciary Services.
This will include ensuring all client electronic documents / records are scanned and filed in a timely and accurate fashion.
The role will also covers working offsite in our archive store supporting Business projects connected to the organization and destruction of paper records.

What will you do?
- Support team with Business as Usual scanning processes
- Back scanning of physical files
- Assist with the processing of Safe Custody and KYC documents
- Sorting and accurately distributing internal and external mail and faxes
- Assistance with Quality Controlling of BAU scanned documents
- Maintaining and updating Client Data into in house systems
- Assistance on all changes and upgrades to RBC scanning connected IT systems
- Assist with projects related to the archive / destruction of hard copy files
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Ability to work as a team, yet at the same time using own initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and to tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with internal RBC staff.
- Constantly showing interest and looking to develop yourself around all aspects of the role
Nice-to-have
- Previous experience using IT programmes such as Word /Excel / Outlook
- Good keyboard skills
