Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual/s to join the Plastics and Hand Unit Team in the Leeds General Infirmary.

The Team work within a number of clinical areas including Jubilee Adult Theatres, Clarendon Wing Childrens Theatres and the Hand Unit.

You will be part of a supportive, collaborative Team with a multidisciplinary approach to perioperative care pathways.
The services offered within this speciality are very varied from complex micro vascular procedures to day case procedures. You will also have the opportunity to be part of a leading service for Hand Transplant. Successful applicants would be experienced practitioners, with a wide variety of clinical and leadership experience. We are looking for individuals who are innovative thinkers, who are ready to support the team and team leader.

There will be a micro on call commitment once you are established within the team.

You will also take part in working a 12hr day when required to support the demands of our breast surgery service.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication & leadership skills and is solutions focused.
