Description
Rapid Recruit are currently looking for a Team Leader for their client based in Nelson.


Main responsibilities:

  • Lead a motivated a team of production staff
  • Read and interpret customers' instructions and issue clear written and/or verbal instructions as necessary
  • Ensure that production lines are run smoothly and effectively
  • Achieve and maintain production targets
  • Ensure that production staff receive ongoing training
  • To contribute suggestions to improve quality and reduce waste
  • Carry out any other duties as may be required by the Management for the needs of the company or its employees
The hours of work are 3pm-11pm

The rate of pay will be discussed during the interview process.

From £11.73 per hour
