We're currently looking for a
Customer Success Associate (CSA) to join our growing
Customer Success team and work closely with fellow Explorers (this is what we call our colleagues) and Customers.
Our Success team are the trusted advisors to our customers and a vital voice of our clients in Arctic Shores as we scale and grow.
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll focus on ensuring our customers get the maximum value from our products, while delivering a customer experience that always exceeds expectations.
You'll have responsibility for your own portfolio and will be the primary point of contact for those customers.You'll bring a customer-centric mindset to every interaction, taking time to understand a client's business, and partnering with them to define plans to achieve their strategic objectives.
As you develop in your role, you'll become an expert in our product and the market trends and challenges in recruitment and HR tech.
A vital part of the role of our Customer Success team is cross-functional collaboration: you will be engaging with colleagues across the Customer function (Professional Services & Community) and across the company (e.g.
