Description

You will be required to process invoices, company and colleague expenses, perform bank reconciliations and handling confidential matters and providing administrative support to the executive team.

This role requires a detail oriented individual who is focused on timely task completion and would work well with a group of talented executives.


Key responsibilities:


  • General bookkeeping
  • Ensure invoice information is correct and resolves any issues.
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Weekly/monthly Reconciliation
  • Cash banking
  • Assisting with any other tasks within the Finance Department and Admin.

Person Specification:


  • Finance office experience
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Good level of written and spoken English.
  • Problem solving abilities.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Can prioritise conflicting demands in a rapidly changing environment

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£11.50 per hour
