Description
You will be required to process invoices, company and colleague expenses, perform bank reconciliations and handling confidential matters and providing administrative support to the executive team.
This role requires a detail oriented individual who is focused on timely task completion and would work well with a group of talented executives.
Key responsibilities:
- General bookkeeping
- Ensure invoice information is correct and resolves any issues.
- Reconciling bank statements
- Weekly/monthly Reconciliation
- Cash banking
- Assisting with any other tasks within the Finance Department and Admin.
Person Specification:
- Finance office experience
- Strong numerical skills
- Good level of written and spoken English.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Can prioritise conflicting demands in a rapidly changing environment
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£11.50 per hour
