We are WR Fundraising Recruitment and we are very proud to be working with a leading international animal welfare charity.

We're on the lookout for a Senior Trusts & Foundations Manager to manage existing relationships within the UK and European funders.

You will be providing donors with first class stewardship, whilst liaising with the SMT to develop exciting and robust growthplans.

This role calls for a Senior Trust and Foundations professional, to line manage a fundraising officer and really grow at this exciting time within the charity.

You will possess strong relationship management skills with the ability to think creatively andon your feet

Trusts & Foundations Manager

Full Time, Permanent

South East with Flexible Hybrid Working

Up to £45,000 on experience.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

Building relationships with a large portfolio of existing funders to generate support and engagement
Strategic oversight of the Trusts and Foundations portfolio
Delivering first class stewardship to exceed donor expectations
Developing funding proposals to put forward the complex aims and needs for the charity
Developing a strong pipeline of new funding sources and liaising with the team to identity these
Line managing a fundraising officer with oversight of the trusts programme
The contribution to the overall fundraising strategy within the charity
Have experience in fundraising from trusts and foundations
Have excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and persuasively
Be an ambitious, highly organised, and proactive fundraising professional
Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects
Focus on solutions, being innovative and creative to overcome challenges
