Duties to include (Training provided):
- Contacting business customers and dealing with them on phone / face to face
- Onboarding customers onto the company system
- General admin
- Dealing with phone enquiries
- Use of the computer specific software

Training to be provided
Customer Service Level 2 or 3 Apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
- Inhouse training
