Duties to include (Training provided):


  • Contacting business customers and dealing with them on phone / face to face
  • Onboarding customers onto the company system
  • General admin
  • Dealing with phone enquiries
  • Use of the computer specific software

Full-time permanent role for the right person. Further potential for other training such as higher level Apprenticeships.


Training to be provided
Customer Service Level 2 or 3 Apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
  • Inhouse training
