About Our Client:

My client is a large public sector organisation who are looking for an Administrator fully remote.

  • Providing administrative support as appropriate arising from casework needs
  • Take a large number of phone calls on a daily basis as the first point of contact
  • Supporting colleagues within and across teams for the efficient operation of the service
  • Liaising with colleagues and other agencies to ensure high quality service delivery
  • Making initial responses to telephone communications and direct them to the appropriate team member, or take detailed messages and communicate these to the relevant staff

The Successful Applicant:


  • Previous administrative experience
  • Use of IT, especially database processing and updating
  • Experience in handling confidential material
  • Articulate, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
  • Flexible approach to working and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Be a good team member and contribute to the overall development of the work of the team
  • Willingness to respond positively to staff development activity
