Fully Remote- Full time position
About Our Client:
My client is a large public sector organisation who are looking for an Administrator fully remote.
- Providing administrative support as appropriate arising from casework needs
- Take a large number of phone calls on a daily basis as the first point of contact
- Supporting colleagues within and across teams for the efficient operation of the service
- Liaising with colleagues and other agencies to ensure high quality service delivery
- Making initial responses to telephone communications and direct them to the appropriate team member, or take detailed messages and communicate these to the relevant staff
The Successful Applicant:
- Previous administrative experience
- Use of IT, especially database processing and updating
- Experience in handling confidential material
- Articulate, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
- Flexible approach to working and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Be a good team member and contribute to the overall development of the work of the team
- Willingness to respond positively to staff development activity
