We have exciting opportunities for two Head of Site Operations (Southern Region) to join our Defence Munitions team here at DE&S.


As Head of Site Operations, you will cover a specific geographic area with large numbers of staff spread geographically across the Defence Munitions (DM) estate.


You will be required to lead, direct, manage and control all activities carried out within specified areas of control in a manner that ensures the safe, secure, efficient, effective, and economic use of all resources.

You have accountability and responsibility to Manage, Receive, Store, Maintain and Issue (RSMI) the range of strategically nationally important General Munitions (GM), General Commodities, Equipment and Complex Weapons (CW) that are prescribed by Ministryof Defence (MoD) and procured through the Defence Equipment and Support In addition to the responsibilities above, the following
technical competencies and behaviours will be assessed at interview:
