What you'll do
Reporting to the Payments and Reconciliations manager your responsibilities will include:

Process vendor and expense payment batches on a daily basis, for all global markets
Raise daily multicurrency manual payments in the bank
Forecast AP cash flow to the Treasury team daily
Investigate and track bounced payments
Resolve payments related queries, partner with vendors and internal staff
Process electronic cheques across multiple markets
Raise journals and ensure payments are accounted for correctly
Identify bank detail issues and work with other teams to resolve accordingly
Other adhoc financial tasks

Requirements:

Previous accounts payable/payments experience
Able to work independently but can discern when to escalate a problem
Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop ongoing relationships

Nice-to-haves

Previous experience working with multiple currencies
Previous Netsuite experience
