My client is seeking a super organised, energetic, multitasker who is looking to develop their office management and facilities skills
The company supply private charter to HNW individuals and organisation across the world so very much a modern and entrepreneur workplace working with 200 people at this head office
The role will be working within the facilities Team as Office Manager and responsibilities will be extremely varied and will include;
- Ensure all office areas on all floors are kept in line with the group's standards
- Ensure that any small works are dealt with efficiently
- Ensure H & S compliance is being adhered to
- Managing the company flats in Kingston; maintenance and utility bills
- Manager the car fleet
- Must have some experience within management of office functions and facilities
- Able to multitask
- Have outstanding customer service skills
- Super organised and not afraid of "rolling sleeves up"
