Lettings Negotiator - Sunderland - Up to £23,000 + HUGE commission
A leading, award winning, multi regional estate and letting agency are continuing their success, growing more branches, and are therefore now looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent to join Lettings Negotiator for their fantastic residential lettings team

What you will be doing

  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Dealing with lettings negotiations
  • Providing market insight and expert advice and secure new instructions
  • Lettings progression
  • Build relationships with Landlords to encourage repeat business and recommendations
  • Actively pursue and identify new business to grow the register
  • Prepare property details and write descriptions and arrange photographs and floorplans

What you'll have

  • Experienced Lettings Negotiator
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
