Description

We are looking to hire a dedicated carer who enjoys working with children. You would provide care for a child with Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy in a family home.

We can offer you a home from home friendly environment where you will become part of a lovely team helping to support a family to live as normal life as possible.

This job is very rewarding for the right person who has patience, understanding and a caring friendly nature.

Applicants will work as part of a personal healthcare package to provide care over a 24 hour period within a team of carers.

The main duties will include Tracheostomy care, Enteral Feeding, Physio, personal care, accompanying to school and outings with the family.

Full specialist training is provided in house aswell as a specialist training provider.

Experience in care is desirable and must enjoy working with Children and be willing to learn.

Hours are a set shift pattern of 4 on 4 off working 8/12 Hour shifts. Overtime is also available regularly throughout the year to cover holidays. Permanent nights or days can be considered.

FULL DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED AND OWN VEHICLE DUE TO LOCATION
