Our client is looking for a Print Finisher


Reporting into:
Operations Supervisor


Salary:
£21,500 to £25,000 DOE

Working hours:
Rotating Double Day Shifts 06:00 ~ 14:00 & 14:00 to 22:00 Monday - Friday

Due to investment and company growth, we are looking for an experienced Print Finisher. Experience with standard finishing equipment including Polar Guillotines, MBO Folders and Duplo Booklet Makers & Creasers. Knowledge of the direct mail industry would be advantageous.


Duties & Key Responsibilities:


  • Work to strict quality procedures
  • Understanding and ability to work to target driven Key Performance Indicators
  • Liaising with the production team to ensure finished work is ready for the next process
  • Using own initiative to ensure smooth running within the finishing department
  • Proactive approach to work processes, identifying areas of improvement when necessary to enhance the efficiency within the department

Skills Required:


  • Folding, guillotining, booklet making, creasing
  • Experience in mail fulfilment and postal services desirable
  • Computer Literate

  • Teamwork a good team member to provide support to other members, positive team attitude and willing to assist to complete team workload
  • Attention to detail complete work without the need for supervision and work to deadlines

Salary:
£21,500.00-£29,000.00 per year
