Junior IT Support Technician - £21,000 - £23,000 - Leicester
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm - Permanent

Henderson Brown is currently recruiting a Junior IT Support Technician on behalf of a well-established law firm based in Leicester.

The key objective is to hold a previous IT Support background and be able to travel between Leicester and Market Harborough when required.

Main Responsibilities
*Providing day-to-day IT operational support on-site and remotely.
*Providing internal end-user training and guidance on the company's IT systems.
*Supporting and maintaining local servers.
*Maintaining asset management and disposal database.
*Performing daily monitoring tasks.
*Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware or software.
*Assist in ad-hoc projects to support the overall IT department.
*Building and deploying laptops.
*Setting up IT equipment for any internal meetings.
*Previous experience working as an IT Support Technician or equivalent.
*Able to travel to the Market Harborough and Leicester offices.
*Strong Microsoft Office skills (Including Excel).
*Good understanding of Hardware\Software & Networking concepts.
