The role will report into the Customer Service Supervisor and will be office-based working closely with the Order Processing Department.


An immediate permanent position has arisen to work for a local manufacturer and supplier as a Customer Service Advisor due to an increase in workload.

You will be required to build and maintain an excellent working relationship with customers whilst continually striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, therefore maximising the potential for increased sales.

The role will report to the Customer Service Supervisor and will be office-based working closely with the Order Processing Department.


  • Maintaining accurate records of customer communications and relevant correspondence
  • Building on and strengthening customer relationships
  • Proactively updating customers positively and negatively
  • Ensuring the customer relationship is strong and providing a topnotch service
  • Progressing customer orders to ensure timely deliveries to suit
  • Liaising with other internal departments to ensure a high level of customer service
  • A friendly and personable outlook
  • A confident and excellent communicator
  • Someone who offers flexibility to work a variety of shifts following a Rota
  • The ability to multitask and manage their time accordingly
  • Ability to reach targets and work to deadlines

Salary:
£22,755 Per Annum


Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
