Description

A Management Systems Business Administrator is required for the expanding Wye Valley Group; Metals, Skip, Demolition and Hereford Quarries businesses.


The role requires supporting all business areas including: ISO Management Systems administrator, arrange training and development programmes and records for all levels in the business.

Maintain and review Non-Conformance, Near Miss, Accident & Incident records. Maintain and develop supplier and sub-contractor records.

Complete client questionnaires and other tender documentation, assisting in developing Demolition and other Project Method Statements, Risk Assessments and site plans.

Maintain, review and archive site project and waste records. Support external ISO, UVDB, RISQS, IIP, NFDC and customer audits. Support Regulation plant and equipment inspection programmes. Participate in Management Review and other communication programmes. Support internal inspection and audit schedule. Support project plant hire, labour & stores arrangements and General office administration duties.


The role requires supporting all levels of the business across the whole of the Wye Valley Group of business and therefore gives a wide and varied opportunity to develop the position and their own self-development.


Abilities / strengths
Graduate or soon to Graduate.

Motivated, punctual and be able to work on their own initiative.

Highly numerate & outstanding attention to accuracy and detail.

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.

Excellent working knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, What's Ap and other IT communication methods essential.


Flexibility
Cover for holidays, sick days and training outside of normal working hours if required.

Ability and willingness to undertake roles on other sites will be required with the appropriate training.

The role is a full time position based in Hereford. A competitive salary is offered, 28 days annual leave (inc. Bank Holidays), life assurance and pension schemes.
