Juniper is looking for a talented Media Buying & Partnerships Coordinator

to join our growing team in the UK.

This role will focus on helping Juniper become one of the most-loved digital healthcare brands in the country while managing public relations and external partnerships.


By managing media internally and fostering relationships with media vendors, partners, and PR agencies, you'll contribute to our mission of providing exceptional digital healthcare services that positively impact our customers' health and wellbeing.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate campaign deliverables with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely dispatch
  • Manage public relations efforts by working with PR agencies and handling media inquiries
  • Negotiate with media vendors to achieve the best value inchannel
  • Optimise media spend by tweaking channel mix and exploring new opportunities for the most efficient allocation of resources
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain media spend delivery, tracking, and reporting
  • Develop and manage external partnerships, including sponsorships, editorial collaborations, and brand alliances
  • Act as the main point of contact between Juniper and its partners in PR, sponsorship, editorial, and brand collaborations
  • Work closely with relevant marketing teams, including performance and creative

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience in media, PR, or marketing, with a focus on managing budgets, media spend, and external partnerships
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to find value in channels or negotiate value where there is none
  • Proven track record of managing timelines and deliverables
  • Confident communicator with excellent vendor, partner, and PR agency relationship management skills
  • Exceptional organisational abilities
  • Analytical mindset with experience in media spend reporting
