Live in Health Care Assistant

£120 daily.

Health Care Assistant to join our team and continue on our journey.

Duties

  • Supporting individuals to live life to the full, ensuring their health, safety, wellbeing and dignity,
  • Consulting with individual care plans to gain insight into how best to support each individual.
  • Consulting individual risk assessments to gain insight into how best to support each individual.
  • Undergoing relevant training and maintaining best technique with regular refresher courses.
  • Attending supervision and being involved in staff meetings. We want to hear what you have to say
  • Managing, administering and recording medication.
  • Supporting individuals to; access social activities, go shopping, maintain a clean, safe living environment, light domestic tasks, meal times etc.
  • Carrying out duties in a professional manor, meeting all legislation requirements,
